lion alcolmeter^® 400

The lion alcolmeter 400 is a portable, quantitative breath alcohol analysis instrument, used extensively by police forces around the world. Featuring quick and accurate results, it uses the Lion fuel cell sensor. Unlike semi-conductors, fuel cell technology is alcohol specific and is very unlikely to react with other any other chemicals in a donors’ breath.

The illuminated display is easy-to-read both night and day, and the result of the last test can be recalled at any time. A printer kit generates a permanent record of each test, with space for the manual input of details such as donor name and location.

The lion alcolmeter^® 500 is a super lightweight (a mere 140g with batteries), pocket-sized device with the same detection limit as the lion alcolmeter^® 400.
